What does DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping mean?
DDP means we handle the entire shipping process, including customs clearance and paying all import/export duties. You simply wait for the goods to arrive at the Amazon FBA warehouse.
How long does it take to reach the US FBA warehouse?
Express takes 3-4 days, Air Freight takes 6-12 days, and Sea Freight ranges from 15 to 30 days depending on the service level chosen.
What are the carton weight limits for FBA shipping?
For Air Freight, we suggest 12-30kg per carton. For Sea Freight, 12-22kg is recommended. When using UPS for final delivery, the maximum gross weight is 21kg.
Are there any prohibited items?
Yes, we do not accept counterfeit goods, pure batteries, liquids, powders, food, flammable/explosive materials, or items banned by export/import laws.
How is the shipping cost calculated for bulky items?

We accept goods with built-in batteries or magnets, but they must be declared in advance. Pure batteries are strictly prohibited.
