- Accept goods with battery or magnet (declaration required).
- Prohibited: Counterfeit goods, pure batteries, liquids, powders, food, flammable/explosive items, antiques, currency.
- Do not accept USA’S Antidumping & Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD) goods.
- Unique FNSKU label required for each item (must be clear and secure).
- "Made in China" label required on packaging for specific goods.

- Use new, sturdy cartons without unrelated logos.
- Attach at least two Amazon labels (front and back).
- Weight Limits: 12-30Kg (Air) / 12-22Kg (Sea).

DDP means we handle the entire process, including customs clearance and paying import/export duties. You simply wait for the goods to be delivered directly to the Amazon FBA warehouse.
How is the chargeable weight calculated?
We compare the actual gross weight with the volumetric weight (Length x Width x Height / 6000). The higher of the two is used as the chargeable weight.
Can I ship products that contain batteries?
Yes, we accept goods with batteries or magnets, but they must be declared in advance. However, we do not accept "pure" batteries.
What are the carton weight requirements for FBA?
For air freight, we suggest 12-30kg per carton. For sea freight, 12-22kg is recommended. Cartons exceeding these limits must be confirmed in advance to avoid rejection.
Which shipping method is the most cost-effective?
Slow sea freight offers the lowest cost and is ideal for non-urgent shipments. If you need a balance of speed and price, the "Fastest Sea Freight" is only 2-3 days slower than air.
Are there items that are strictly prohibited?
Yes, we do not accept liquids, powders, food, flammable items, counterfeit goods, or items banned by export/import regulations. Concealing these items can lead to high fines.
