How is the chargeable weight calculated for my shipment?
The chargeable weight is the greater of the actual gross weight and the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight formula is (Length x Width x Height) / 6000 for DDP shipping to FBA.
Are there specific restrictions on what I cannot ship?
Yes, we do not accept counterfeit goods, pure batteries, liquids, powders, food, flammable/explosive items, antiques, or goods subject to Anti-Dumping & Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD).
What are the weight limits for individual outer cartons?
For air freight, we suggest 12~30Kg per carton. For sea freight, the range is 12~22Kg. If your cartons exceed these limits, you must confirm with us in advance to avoid rejection.
What happens if my FNSKU labels are not clear?
FNSKU labels must be clear and securely attached. If they fall off or are unreadable, Amazon cannot scan them, and the items will not be counted in your inventory.
